The youngest heir to the Rockin' Dopsie, Sr. Zydeco throne, Dwayne Dopsie is the most sensational zydeco musician to hit the stage in a long time. There are two things that separate Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers from the other young zydeco bands. First and foremost is that he plays orifinal zydeco music as opposed to "new wave" zydeco. During his shows Dwayne gets on the floor with the crowd and encourages them to dance and be free.
